Filepower AI Policies
1. Overview
At Filepower AI ("the Application"), we are dedicated to delivering superior file processing services. This document delineates our policies regarding fees, subscription renewals and cancellations, refunds, and strategies to combat fraudulent activities on the platform.
2. Fees
Services or components thereof provided on a fee basis require selection of a payment plan and submission of pertinent payment instrument details, such as credit card information. You declare and guarantee to Filepower AI that such information is accurate and that you possess authorization to employ the specified payment instrument. You commit to updating your account information with Filepower AI or the designated payment processor promptly should any changes occur (e.g., billing address modification or credit card expiration). You consent to remitting the specified sums under the chosen payment plan and agree to the terms of service herein. If your payment plan involves automatically renewing subscriptions, you authorize Filepower AI (via the payment processor) to periodically bill your payment instrument in advance in accordance with the applicable payment plan terms, until such time as you terminate your account. You further consent to settle any resulting charges. Should you contest any charges, you must notify Filepower AI within sixty (60) days of the billing date or within a period extended by applicable law. Detailed information regarding our subscription products, both free and paid, including pricing for paid subscriptions, is available at https://filepower.ai/pricing. We reserve the right to modify Filepower AI prices, and should such changes occur, we will notify you at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of the changes via the service interface, popup notification, email, or another reasonable method at Filepower AI’s discretion. Your continued use of the service after the implementation of price adjustments constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. All taxes associated with service usage are your responsibility, except taxes levied on Filepower AI’s net income.
3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that it will automatically renew at the currently effective rate and frequency as detailed on the subscription page (or monthly if unspecified), and your payment method will automatically be charged applicable fees and taxes at the start of each new subscription period. To prevent future subscription charges, cancellation must occur at least seven (7) days before the subscription period's renewal date, either through the account management interface on our website or by notifying us via email at contact@filepower.ai. Access to paid services continues until the end of the current paid subscription period following cancellation.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of AI file processing services and the costs related to maintaining our infrastructure, we generally do not offer refunds for purchases or subscriptions. However, to help you evaluate our services before making a purchase, we provide a limited number of free messages.
This trial is designed to help you decide if our application meets your needs. Choosing to continue with a paid subscription after the trial indicates that you are satisfied with Filepower AI and that you accept our no-refund policy. If there is a dispute over a refund, we will conduct a detailed investigation by reviewing relevant data and transaction details. We will work closely with you to gather all necessary information about your claim and, based on the facts, we will decide the best course of action—whether that means denying baseless refund requests or processing a refund for valid claims. If a claim turns out to be fraudulent, you may be held responsible for the costs associated with the refund.
5. Fraud Prevention
We implement a strict zero-tolerance stance on fraudulent activities to uphold platform integrity. Measures to mitigate fraud risk include:
- Identity verification at registration
- Advanced encryption protocols
- AI-driven fraud detection
We retain the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent transactions or abusive behavior and may report such activities to appropriate authorities.
Users are obligated to provide accurate information and utilize Filepower AI in compliance with our terms of service and applicable laws. Any suspicious activities should be reported to contact@filepower.ai.
6. Modifications
We may periodically update this Refund and Fraud Prevention Policy. Such modifications will be published on our website and take immediate effect upon posting.
